Some alien villains that I designed. (expand for more about them)
The fish-alien's name is Fathomere. You can see the feathery gills on the sides of his head, which drag through the water around them as he turns to look from left to right (in a live-action setting, I imagined this effect being pulled off by extremely light structures, like tissue paper of something, to simulate the delayed movement through a heavier medium). He is encased in seashell-like armor, which is equipped with openings that can expel a smokescreen gas, resembling a squid's ink cloud. He also has tendrils hidden in his forearm armor that can extend to grab his opponents. (Medium: Colored Pencil)
The orange alien is based after a prehistoric animal called a Lycaenops. The marking across his face allows him to applify the emotions of his opponent (his favorite ones being fear and anger). He can also summon his sword using the enchanted metal emblem on his left hip. (Medium: Colored Pencil)
