About Me

As the son of a graphic artist, Charles has been drawing and creating for as long as he can remember.

Colored pencils were an early favorite, but he also came to love the boldness and high-contrast of pen and ink, and how watercolor can be applied to them to quickly give the illustration a well-polished look.

Digital art has also been something that he has done since he was very young. From the classic Microsoft paint, and vector programs like Corel Draw, to Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. He's even dabbled in 3D sculpting, but hasn't yet completed anything that he would want to show the world.

He also watched way too much TV and movies growing up, and Sci-Fi and Fantasy have always been his favorite genres. So these subjects, along with animals, have remained his favorite artistic subjects.

He lives in Jacksonville, Florida with his wise and beautiful wife Kristen, and super-energetic 2 year old daughter, where they enjoy being active at their local church, and striving to show God's love to everyone they meet.
